Way of working
I work with integrity and my style is flexible and open-minded. Together with my clients I am strong at setting up clear plans and have a goal focused way of working. I believe in the qualities of individuals and enjoy finding connections.

The tools I like to use in my coaching range from biography writing to analysing competencies and the Ofman quadrant. In terms of personality tests I work with the MBTI test,  Big 5, CareerLeader and Management Drives.

Sources of inspiration
I enjoy staying informed of the latest developments in the fields of HR, career coaching and talent development. Walks in nature enable me to wander and stay fit, practising yoga teaches me the power of living in the moment, studying the work of philosophers makes me see wisdom in a historical context and travelling connects me to other cultures.
